Terms of Use
The terms that govern access to and use of the Fiscaloom public website and its informational content.
Effective 23 July 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to the Fiscaloom public website. They do not govern a customer’s use of the Fiscaloom platform or implementation services, which is subject to a separately executed order form, statement of work, service terms, and any applicable data-processing agreement.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization in relation to the website.
2. Website purpose
The website provides general information about Fiscaloom, its approach to agent automation, potential solution areas, implementation, pricing, and educational resources. Website content is not an offer capable of acceptance and does not create a service commitment, fiduciary relationship, partnership, or professional-advice relationship.
A process diagnostic, proposal, quotation, or commercial discussion is non-binding unless and until the parties execute an applicable written agreement.
3. Business use and eligibility
The website is intended for lawful business use by adults with authority to evaluate or discuss services for themselves or their organizations. Fiscaloom does not provide public self-service registration through this website.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the website in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or disruptive, or that interferes with the rights or security of Fiscaloom or another person.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or restricted areas
- Probe, scan, overload, scrape, or circumvent security or rate controls except with written authorization
- Upload malware, harmful code, confidential credentials, or material you have no right to provide
- Misrepresent identity, authority, affiliation, or the source of a communication
- Copy or reuse website content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or other rights
5. Inquiries and submitted information
Information submitted through an inquiry or process-diagnostic channel must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and may be used to respond, assess fit, and prepare commercial discussions in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
Do not submit confidential production data, personal data unrelated to the inquiry, security credentials, regulated records, or third-party material unless Fiscaloom has expressly agreed to receive it through an approved channel.
6. Pricing information
Public prices are starting prices in US dollars, exclude applicable taxes, and may change. Final fees, included usage, payment terms, scope, dependencies, and responsibilities are stated in the applicable proposal, order form, or statement of work.
A website price does not guarantee that a particular process, integration, deployment, or timeline is available at that price.
7. Intellectual property
The website, brand, design, text, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Fiscaloom and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, Fiscaloom grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the website for internal business evaluation.
Fiscaloom and its logo are brand identifiers of Fiscaloom. No right to use them is granted except with prior written permission.
8. Third-party content and links
The website may link to third-party sites or reference third-party standards, products, or publications. Those resources are controlled by their respective providers. Fiscaloom does not endorse or accept responsibility for third-party content, availability, security, or terms.
9. Availability and changes
Fiscaloom may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, current in every respect, or compatible with every device.
10. Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiscaloom disclaims warranties and representations, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
Educational resources do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, audit, security, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before relying on website content for a material decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fiscaloom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from or related to the website.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Fiscaloom’s aggregate liability arising from the public website will not exceed US$100. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
12. Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your infringement of another person’s rights, or material you submit without authority.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or the website, subject to any mandatory rule that applies otherwise.
14. General
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign rights under these Terms without Fiscaloom’s prior written consent.
Fiscaloom may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
