Commercial model

Price the process, the controls, and the work required to operate it.

Fiscaloom is delivered through diagnosis, an agreed statement of work, dedicated tenant provisioning, integration, testing, and controlled rollout.

Pricing principle

Start with one defined process. Expand when the operating evidence supports it.

What the Platform subscription supports

An operating environment, not a self-service seat bundle.

One production workflowThe public starting price covers a defined initial operating boundary.

Customer-admin invitationsEmployees do not register themselves.

Quarterly operating reviewEvidence and performance inform controlled changes.

Why this model

Enterprise automation is more than a seat license.

Diagnosis before commitment

Confirm the process boundary, systems, controls, and exceptions before pricing the build.

Implementation is explicit

Integration, testing, and rollout are scoped separately instead of disappearing into a low headline price.

Subscription follows operation

The platform price supports a dedicated tenant and the ongoing operation of an approved workflow.

Pricing questions

What changes the final price?

Is the diagnostic required?

Yes. Fiscaloom uses the diagnostic to establish the process boundary, dependencies, controls, and commercial assumptions before implementation.

What affects implementation cost?

Integration methods, system access, workflow variation, exception complexity, control requirements, test environments, customer readiness, and rollout scope all affect the SOW.

Are model and execution costs included?

The order form defines included usage and any usage-based charges for the approved workflow. This keeps the public starting price comparable while allowing different process volumes and model requirements.

Can we begin with more than one workflow?

Yes. Enterprise programs can scope multiple workflows, but Fiscaloom still recommends defining ownership, acceptance, and operating evidence for each process.

Do employees register themselves?

No. Fiscaloom provisions the customer tenant during implementation. Employees join only after invitation by a customer administrator.
